Do you ever get that feeling of that you’re being watched? Well it can’t get anymore obvious than that if you’re around this Kinect program. This tracking eyeball video featured by Youtube user earthware shows how they used the Kinect to create a huge moving eyeball in the form of a Pufferfish Sphere. This spherical contraption can project images which can be viewed by passers-by. By actually inserting an image of huge retina and have the Kinect track the movement and position of the users, a seemingly disturbing (yet very interesting) Kinect hack has been made.
The primary hardware involved was a Pufferfish Sphere. With the help of OpenNI and WPF, Tracking Eyeball was made.
