An added voice command twist is added to the Minority Report-like interfaces being made with the Kinect! The Kinect Minority Report-like Interface with Voice Command is the latest development in the movie-inspired NUI which adds voice commands along with the pre-designated gesture-based controls. This video by contractorwolf56 displays how through voice, file management, browsing and customization can be made easier and more interactive. In the video, the standard NUI features are shown, moving pictures, files and the like through gestures captured by the Kinect. Also through the Kinect’s voice receptors, the user can give voice commands, allowing another set of features to be available to the user without the need for further actions. This compiled set of controls and features takes us one step closer in establishing a perfect replica of the movie’s great Natural User Interface!
