Kinect user-made games continue to impress the gaming community not only with its new kind of gesture-command playability but also through the sheer effort of the people behind these games. One such Kinect hack is the Spaced Out game which involves silly characters trapped in the far reaches of space. Vimeo userĀ jon reid recently used his Kinect creation and made an exhibit out of it in order to invite other users to play the game. In the video, the game is controlled using the hands of the user, detected by the Kinect. For a more dazzling display, the developer even added LED lights to the exhibit as well as a showcase of his famous hat. These kinds of games with great developer and consumer confidence can definitely be the first step in having large events showcasing user-made Kinect games.
