Now this is a great Kinect game we want to try ourselves! The Kinect Puffballs is an intricate puzzle game in which the user has to use the environment in order to usher the puffball creatures to safety. This video by Mark Boon shows how this amazing game is played with the Kinect. In the video, the user is given control of a virtual hand in which he can use his own hand for control. The objective of the game is to use the trees, rocks and fruits in order to guide the puffballs to a target location. A cyclops hovers the area and will beat the puffballs to death, resulting to a game over. With the user’s hand, the puffballs can be deterred to the right direction and be saved, resulting in victory. As more user-made Kinect games come or way, we see a progression in quality, concept and control. We’re very excited to see the full version of this game.
