More advanced and sophisticated first person controls come for the Kinect! The Kinect First Person Controls seek to further develop the concept of first person POV. This video by Chris displays the latest improvements and suggestions as to how a user can navigate himself around with a Kinect Natural User Interface panel. In the video the user moves his virtual character itself  by positioning his feet to the side. This gives mobility to the character, allowing full exploration. The hand of the user also, once it crosses a certain threshold, it becomes the mouse which can interact with objects within the virtual environment. The hand can also change the sight range of the user. First person by far is becoming the leading method of exploration in the Kinect virtual worlds and with controls becoming more refined and easy, comfort will soon be the number 1 asset of the Kinect.
