Who says the dead can’t dance to the beat? The Kinect Dancing Mummy – Who’s Yo Mummy program is a motion-controlled hack that let’s users control the choreography of an undead mummy. This video by Nathan shows this cool mummy dancing to some awesome tunes. In the video, a user being captured by the Kinect takes control of the mummy. The mummy then, like all digital avatars, respond to the user’s movements by replicating the gestures of the user. The user then can dance and move and the mummy does what the user does. Spectators would be delighted to see this once horrific creature dancing to their favorite music.
