Now you can utilize the Kinect’s features on the web browser! The Kinect and Fabric Engine enables users to use the Kinect’s features on designated internet browsers. This video by Paul Doyle showcases the possibility of mounting the features of the Kinect to an internet browser and being able to view and even work the Kinect through it. In the video, the user is seen being captured by the Kinect and displaying different data in an internet browser. From skeletal tracking to a rotatable 3d view of the user’s actual image, the Fabric Engine can make the browser compatible to show these data. What’s more, the beta release of this program would be available later this month so stay tuned! Imagine that you’ll  be able access and use the Kinect from anywhere via browser!
