Today’s hack is something that the submitter, Christian Mio Loclair claims is a lightweight Kinect projector that utilizes a claibration method which is easy to use, adjust and set up. Christian believes that it is especially appropriate ”¬†for the use with Processing and without OpenCV…life performances and installations.”

Christian shares the following information on his YouTube page:

“The video shows a lightweight¬†calibration¬†method which can be used by any generative artist working with high level processing (java) language.

“All of the 3D information captured by the camera can be mapped against an interactive wall…just like a mirror—the projection can become easily an abstract mirror of the captured information.”

You can find out more about the project at the website we’ve posted below. In the meantime, enjoy the cool video and performance they’ve put together using this hack.
