The Kinect is even able to move this wooden puppet for an entertaining showmanship! The Kinect Wooden Puppet is Kinect-controlled puppet which mimics the user’s movements. This video by¬† showcases this nice Kinect puppet setup. In the video, several wires are connected to the wooden puppet, making it possible to create movement on the inanimate object. With the Kinect, the computer is able to track the skeletal framework of the user and send data to the puppet, mimicking the movements. From hand raises to foot movements, the puppet is able to act like you thanks to the Kinect!
